Strange noise mostly in reverse

I have only had the RTV500 for about a month, it has 165 hours on it, don't know it's history, it had 158 hrs when I got it. I just started noticing that sometimes in reverse I hear a noise that sounds like if reverse wasn't fully engaged like 2 gears not quite fully engaged. Is there something that needs to be adjusted?
